Title: Is multitasking good for anyone?.

I read an article. “Are women really better of multi-tasking?” the author states that women can do more than one things at a time, according to a team of British researchers. Base on a 8 minutes study done between 50 men and 50 women to do the same exact thing. It was proven that 70 percent of women carry out the test better than men do. Women was more focus when, it comes to finding things men seems to be confused. Most of the time women would generally think about what their going to do before they actual do. That makes it easier for them to handle the challenges of the day etc. I was surprise to know that there facts that multitasking slow down productivity whether your a man or woman because of the brain.
Based on what i read in the article women might better at  multitasking but  is not good  for anyone. In our society today people multitask for various reason jobs, to travel, to get things done by a certain time, Have an appointment but  have drop the kid’s off at the daycare. People try to train themselves by doing the things that are important so they  don't forget .Especially if you  have kids, job or jobs, married but we have to plan and do it in a healthy way. It's not good for  the brain, we can actually hurts the Brain. We can all  agree it’s hard to concentrate when we try to do a lot of  thing’s. Study shows that we often forget things we are suppose to do, we lose time stated  in a article by “Jessica kleiman.” that affects us because sometimes we work double.
Reading this article have me thinking a lot about the brain. How much it affects us mentally by doing too much. I found out that the Brain is the central nervous system, it’s the most important member of our body it  tells the body what to do and how to do it. I tells  us we are hungry ,when we need sleep, in pain, helps us to put things in perspective. Interprets things. It control our movements and our thoughts, everything. We can’t  function without it. So we have to take care of it. We should try have a healthier life style.by eat nutritious foods, that strengthens our immune system.by getting sleep so that body can heal and repair itself, also we need to drink a lot of water.
Growing up watching my mom. In the morning she  gets  up to do break fast, clean the house, while making sure we all get ready in time for school, also getting herself ready to go to work at the hospital, she would work a double shift and still find time work  in her own small business. I always wonder how she does it but now I Understand it’s Multitasking. Now that I'm mom. Being a mother is a hard enough job by itself but do but to combine it with work doing house, school work and a being a wife. Can be a recipe for disaster. Appling what happen to her to my life. Mom was too busy trying to balance everything. She did not pay enough attention to health. She put a lot of pressure on her brain. She had a stroke at the age of 48 years of age.
In conclusion from reading the article. It’s never a good thing to do too much things at once but i still do.I multitask  but in a way that have a positive effect on my life, not just on my brain Considering what i would gain or lose by the way i  do day to day things am doing more  physical activities.Playing with my kid’s,dancing away to stay fit,if i study i listen to music when i study to relax my mind and now i write things down instead of trying to pressure my Brain to remember.I make schedule for the week or month.that help me to keep track of work, bills, school, appointments, holidays anniversaries, birthdays, death, date.Just trying to make it easier to keep track of what when, where, also the time to do it.
